The Executive Board of the Korean Peninsula Energy Development Organization (KEDO) will meet in New York, on January 30, 2004 to discuss matters relating to the implementation of the suspension of the light-water reactor project.
KEDO continues to take measures to preserve the construction site at the Kumho District, South Hamgyong Province, and currently is conducting preservation and maintenance activities.
Please note that the meeting will not be public but KEDO will hold a photo opportunity from 11:15-11:25 a.m. on January 30 at the KEDO office at 600 Third Avenue, 12th Floor, in New York City.
